BDSPLATFORMSDKSDIR 变量的定义路径中有一个非英文名称。我创建了一个新文件夹并更改了该文件夹的路径。新文件夹只使用英文字母。这解决了我的问题。 由于使用onedrive Windows，名称mydocument被改为非英文名称
