SVN一直显示please wait
webstorm 可以拉去代码，但提交一直显示 performing vcs refresh
我的项目是基于vue的。解决方案：
node_modules 这个文件右键，选择TortoiseSVN，再选择 Unversion and add to ignore list 就可以了
因为SVN把node_modules这个庞大项目包进里面了，所以慢
