三步：
- 将https://smarthosts.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/hosts 中的数据加入到你电脑中的 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 文件中
- 访问 https://www.google.com/ncr
- 以后都访问 （https://）https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=zh-CN
此外：https://smarthosts.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/hosts 会定期更新可以使用的IP，如果发现不能用了，重新取过，更新本机的host。
另外，还有一个问题：
在google搜索结果页面中，如果你使用拖拽调起另外一个搜索，或者点击搜索结果页面，google都不会用https协议。所以，还要装一下插件，确保google.com域名下的跳转都加上https协议。
