webstorm启动报错

环境：

在重装完系统的电脑上第一次安装webstorm，

问题：

解决”failed to load jvm dll“的报错问题；

解决方案：

安装Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package，下载地址：64 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14632

安装vcredist_x64

webstorm-2018.2.2
