首先，will be 就是be动词的将来时；can be 是情态动词
如果是指人的话：
will be 是指一定会做，愿意。I will be there 我一定会去的
can be 是指有能力。I can be a translator 我能做翻译 （就是说能做，但是愿不愿意还要再说）
如果是指物的话：
will be 是指肯定的。Things will be better 一切会好起来的
can be 是有可能，但是不一定。Things can be worse 也许一切会更坏呢
这两个词没有什么难，主要是语感有了，自然而然就明白了
