ERROR:
ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (150) exceeded
解决方法：[root@oracle 11g ~]$ps -ef|grep "oracleXXXX (LOCAL=NO)"|grep -v grep|awk '{print $2}'|xargs kill -9
另外一种方法：
lsnrctl stop 关掉监听器，等待一会 在连接 sqlplus '/as sysdba '
然后连接数会降下来，在改连接数
然后再启动监听器
重新登录数据库
