InstallShield现在内置支持在安装过程中创建多个Windows用户帐号和相关组。为了配置这些帐号和组，在InstallShield工程的Property Manager视图中定义 ISNetApiLogonUsername，ISNetApiLogonGroup和 ISNetApiLogonPassword 三个新的Windows Installer属性。
注意：Basic MSI 和 InstallScript MSI工程类型支持上述功能。
