关机重启ceph宿主机

有时候，ceph宿主机需要重启，由于ceph自带数据恢复平衡功能，所以需要手动临时禁用

禁用命令如下：

ceph osd set noout
ceph osd set nobackfill
ceph osd set norecover

启用命令如下：

ceph osd unset noout
ceph osd unset nobackfill
ceph osd unset norecover
