calling it with no parameter will disable the breakpoint.

通过官网翻译，这个url只需要填写一部分即可，如
bpu baidu.com
那么只有 url 中包含baidu.com，都会被拦截

如果是拦截APP应用请求，需保证APP链接的网络和Fiddler在同一网络，即手机链接电脑共享的WIFI或电脑和手机链接同一个WIFI
