2.1 使用UserControl配合SmartPart
      方法如下：
      创建aspx工程
      新建UserControl
      编写功能代码
      将dll放入bin目录中
      将ascx放入UserControls目录中

2.2 使用UserControl配合用户控件包装器Hands-On-Lab
