迁移前的环境：
两台Windows 2000 Advavced Server域控制器，一台运行在Windows 2000 Advavced Server成员服务器上的Exchange 2000邮件服务器。
迁移要求：
一台新安装的Windows 2003服务器作为其中一台域控制器，原来的一台Windows 2000域控制器降级后退出运行，另一台Windows 2000域控制器降级后重新安装Windows 2003，并升级为域控制器，Exchange 2000邮件服务器迁移至新安装的Exchange 2003服务器，旧服务器全部退出系统，不再使用。

1、 - One or more users currently use a mailbox store on this server. These users must be moved to a mailbox store on a different server or be mail disabled before uninstalling this server.
而未迁移的系统邮箱SystemMailbox, System Attendant, and SMTP-ServerName又不好直接删除，我就采用系统管理器中的“删除服务器”，删除后Exchange 2003工作正常，这样的删除方法也是可行的)
