发现自己以前有很多认识还是很不正确的。
1. 99.9 很容易保证？
很难保证。 99.9 也就是三九，呵呵。要求一年只能有8.8 小时的offline 时间，算到每个月就更少了。所以99.X 还是个奋斗目标。
2。99.999 只是个理想目标，要求一年只有5分钟的offline 时间，响起来就怕。；）
所以为了保证这些目标，并发的维护，诊断，灾难恢复是比不可少的。
计算公式：
