多条Scheduling Pipelines 设置之后发现执行时间都是某个时间，分钟设置的无效不管用
修改/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb
gitlab_rails['pipeline_schedule_worker_cron'] = "* * * * *"
修改成这样，然后重启即可
gitlab-ctl stop
gitlab-ctl start
gitlab-ctl reconfigure
