“通过高品质的工具，在软件生命周期的每一个阶段保证软件的质量”，不知道需求阶段如何保证？不会也集成了类似CaliberRM的需求管理工具吧.
“根据实时数据，获取可见的项目活动和优先权以做出合理的决定”，不知道指的是哪方面？
