When I installed SPS2003 (English version), nothing error happens,and then configure server.
In Portal Site and Virtual Server Configuration
When I clicked this link, system display following error:
You can create portals only on servers that are running the Web component for SharePoint Portal Server. This component is not active on this server. To activate the Web component on this server, go to the Configure Server Topology page.
Then I follow this guide, I go to Configure Server Topology page.
In this page, it says:
