We’ve recently announced that version 1.0.0 of the Unity Hub is available. With this release, the Hub is the default download option for all future Unity releases. Download Unity 2018.3 beta through Unity Hub.

The legacy installer will remain an alternative way to download and install Unity. Also, beginning with 2018.3, we’ve removed the option to download and install the official offline documentation from the legacy installers of future Unity versions. The first demo project is the same one shown on-stage in the Unite Berlin 2018 keynote built entirely using assets from the 3D Game Kit.
