Tools-Generate Javadoc
输入以上参数就可以了。
- 清理缓存
File-Invalidate Caches / Restart
点击invalidate and restart，等待重启就可以了，清除后localhistory会被删除
- 或者可以找到C:\Users\HuangYuhan.IntelliJIdea2018.3中的system文件夹，删除system文件夹，重启idea，会重新创建system文件夹，也可以完成清理的作用。
- 插件安装
File-Setting-Plugins搜索插件名称
出错：搜索不到:marketplace plugins are not loaded
关闭file-Appearance & Behavior-systemSetting-Updates中取消勾选use secure connection，然后重启idea即可，ps:如果还不行的话，可以关闭电脑的防火墙试试
