.roadhogrc.js和.roadhogrc.mock.js 是dva自动生成就有了，ideal或者webstrom不起作用的，是因为工具开起了，安全写入模式，每次修改后自动将文件写入了临时文件中，导致 roadhogrc 检测不到变化。
打开 File -> Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> System Settings 找到
Save files automatically if application is idle for 15 sec .
Use "safe write"(save changes to a temporary file first)
把前面的启用勾掉即可！
