设置eclipse下载mavn依赖jar包的jardoc

昨天在看netty框架写的代码；发现netty的API在eclipse里无法看到API注释（eclipse提示：

Note: This element neither has attached source nor attached Javadoc and hence no Javadoc could be found.）

解决方法如上图。
