STVP烧录失败提示“cannot communicate with tool”或者“The device is protected”

提示1具体内容：

> Programming  OPTION BYTE area...
Error : Cannot communicate with the tool.
Wrong tool selection or check tool power supply or check that a previous session is closed.
Error : < OPTION BYTE programming failed.

提示2具体内容：

Error : The device is protected
Operation aborted
Error : < PROGRAM MEMORY programming failed.

原因：芯片受保护

解决方法：打开OPTION BYTE窗口，窗口最上方ROP项选择Read Out Protection OFF用于关闭读保护
