问题描述：
在给项目添加成员的时候，通过邮箱搜索，提示“xxx does’t have a github account”。用用户名来搜索就能搜索到。
原因：

You’ll only be able to find a GitHub user by their email address if they’ve chosen to list it publicly. Otherwise, use their username instead.
