android studio 报错Permission is only granted to system apps

在manifest文件中我们注册一些权限，当我们用到某些权限是会有一个错误提示：Permission is only granted to system apps，该错误的意思是该权限只是针对系统级的app的，按照下面步骤可以消除这个错误，就是将错误级别降低。
