在启动nginx 的时候出现这个问题：
nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:888 failed (98: Address already in use)
说明该端口已经被绑定了，
这时候我们用命令：
ps -e aux|grep nginx
查看，找到进程后杀掉即可：
kill -9 pid
-9 是强杀的操作。
