windows10 python configure.py --bootstrap 运行报错

在windows 10 系统下，安装ninja，输入

python configure.py --bootstrap

错误提示：

解决办法：

首先，点击“windows”键，输入“vs”

找到vs 开发人员命令提示符

最后在提示框中，输入 python configure.py --bootstrap，即可编译成功。
