JNI - WMI 连接错误

-> 访问冲突，主要是因为使用了 NULL 指针。

BSTR pszRoot,pszUserName,pszPassword;
wcscpy(pszRoot, BSTR(L"\\\\172.21.111.250\\ROOT\\cimv2"));

使用 wcscpy 时必须分配内存。因此，使用无效（随机）地址调用 wcscopy（在调试模式下：使用 NULL）。

我不确定您处理 BSTR 是否正确（我不知道 BSTR）。参见 BSTR 的定义：
