Question

有没有好的开源 Geoparsers？有几种免费的解决方案（服务）可用（例如 Yahoo 的 placemaker、EDINA 的 Unlock Text），但它们似乎不是开源的。

理想情况下，解析器应该旨在从任意文本中挖掘位置信息（而不是期望输入是一个位置，例如Google's Geo Coding API 或GeoName's search API，但也欢迎此类建议。

更新： 显然，Unlock Text 是基于“Edinburgh Geoparser”，它是开源的 (GPL)，但目前不能公开下载 (source)。
