编辑：奇怪的是，当我手动执行 npm install 时它起作用了：

但这不是一个有效的解决方案，因为 Cloud Foundry 部署应该为您提供npm install，这样做会使部署时间增加一倍。

devDependencies 没有安装，所以我不得不将一些东西移到dependencies。
