首先要引入工件依赖项，您应该在源配置中publish those artifacts（在您的情况下 - 配置，检查第三方库）。

然后，您实际上不应该使用工件依赖项来检查短信。 TeamCity 支持attaching of several VCS roots 进行配置。

因此，在您的情况下，您可以使用带有两个根的单一配置：根与您的源，根与库。您也可以使用checkout rules 来形成您需要的任何checkout directory 结构。
