phpunit 9 不打印错误堆栈跟踪

我最近将我的单元测试环境从 phpunit v8.5.13 更新到了 v9.5.1。相同的配置文件，相同的php版本，除了命令行中的php单元phar文件外，其他都相同。

一切正常，但是当出现意外异常时，将不再打印堆栈跟踪（直到 v8）：

我查看了文档和迁移指南，但不知道要设置哪个新标志或我还能做什么。有人知道吗？
