在 Centos7 上安装 Oracle 12c (12.2.0.1.4) 时，我还收到错误“[INS-20802] Oracle Net Configuration Assistant failed”。

在我的情况下，在 /etc/hosts 文件中添加一个带有主机名及其本地网络 IP 的条目后，错误就消失了。

更改后，安装能够成功完成。

777 不是解决方案，它会使您的系统易受攻击。按照 oracle 文档中的建议，目录权限应该是 775。
