从 eu-west-1 移动到 us-west-2 时，我收到了关于 The bucket is in this region: eu-west-1. Please use this region to retry the request 的类似但不相同的错误消息。

根据Amazon's documentation（在“将数据迁移到不同的域”下），您需要指定端点而不是区域：

如果您遇到此错误，请尝试将 PUT 语句中的“region”：“us-east-2”替换为“endpoint”：“s3.amazonaws.com”，然后重试请求。
