Redmine Python Rest API 中的附件

据我了解，问题在于重复数据，但这与 Python-Redmine 或 Redmine 的 REST API 无关。出现问题是因为您的 att_list = [] 是在模块级别定义的，如果您在第一个 for() 循环中定义它，那么一切都应该按预期工作，例如：
