没有配置文件的原因是你使用restapi wcf服务，支持http请求调用服务，不适合通过生成代理类调用服务。您可以将绑定修改为 basichttpbinding 或使用 httpclient 调用 webhttpbinding 服务。这是参考：HttpClient Class
