我不能 100% 确定这是否是问题所在，但您应该从 BoardSchema.user 参数中删除 unique: true 和 sparse: true。由于您在 UserSchema 中声明了它们，因此您不应该在 BoardSchema 中也需要它们。

编辑：完成第一步后，您可能还必须手动删除索引。
