在应用设置中添加权限仅适用于应用中心，只有在登录代码中添加权限时才会在应用中实际询问权限。

所以，替换-

$loginUrl = $facebook->getLoginUrl();

与-

$params = array(
  'scope' => 'user_photos'
);

$loginUrl = $facebook->getLoginUrl($params);
