h:form 不见了。
h:form 嵌套在另一个 h:form 中。

还有更多，但我认为这还无关紧要。您问题中的代码不是实际代码。它看起来不错，应该可以正常工作（如果您添加带有正确 xmlns 声明的 <html> 标记）。

如果无效，我建议调试 POST 请求。输入/执行了哪些 JSF 阶段？哪些代码被执行，哪些没有？
