WebSphere SIBus 未能为匿名用户创建订阅

我在本地运行 WebSphere 8.5，并已将 SIBus 配置为服务器作为总线成员。对本地数据库上的消息使用持久存储。看起来正在创建、插入表等。SIBus 正在使用 WS-Notification 服务和端点。

目前没有使用 JAX-WS 处理程序。
