/user/hive/warehouse/test/

您通过资源管理器查看的权限是针对

/tmp/hive/warehouse/test/

所以这里明显不匹配。

我认为您在 haddop 中存在权限问题。使用以下命令提供权限，并验证 data.txt 文件是否损坏

hadoop fs -chmod g+w /user/hive/warehouse/test/
