intent.setType("image/*");
intent.setAction(Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT);
startActivityForResult(Intent.createChooser(intent, "Select Picture"),JobActivity.SELECT_PHOTO);

注意这会加载根文件夹。

一旦选择了一张照片，就会调用onActivityResult方法来获取图片。

        if (resultCode == RESULT_OK) {
            if (requestCode == JobActivity.SELECT_PHOTO) {
