我成功连接到 Postgres。我也可以使用

成功登录到两个容器的终端

docker exec -it api bash
docker exec -it db bash

从 api 的 bash 内部我可以毫无问题地 ping db

但是从我的 api 容器中，我无法建立到 Postgres 数据库的 JDBC 连接。

将数据库容器指定为依赖项并不能保证它会在您的其他服务/容器之前准备好。它只保证它会在您的其他服务之前启动。

解决此问题的一种方法是在启动期间无法连接到数据库时在 API 应用程序中实施重试尝试。

IMO 您的应用程序应该足够聪明，可以在无法建立数据库连接时重试几次。无论如何，它会使其更加健壮。
