不要设置固定间隔计时器。将计时器设置为关闭一次 -- 在处理程序中

  1. 获取当前时间(保存在frameStartTime中)
  2. 做你的框架
  3. 将定时器设置为关闭时间:interval - (newCurrentTime - frameStartTime)

应该更流畅。如果您想成为真正的专业人士(并继续使用 Java),我认为您必须考虑 JavaFX。
