我的 Windows 7 更新说有 2 个重要更新可用，但是当我点击安装更新它不会安装更新好几个小时！那么如何解决这个问题呢？我应该安装这两个更新还是保持原样？

（注意：Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB2901983) 已成功安装和许多其他安全更新）
