我有同样的问题，我发现您在问题中提到的MEGAsync.cfg 文件实际上没有加密，每个条目都只是编码为base64。每一行的格式为：

<key>=<base64_encoded_value>

您可以使用 C# 的 "Base64" 解码器对配置文件中的每个条目进行解码，尽管我只使用 python 对其进行了测试。
