配置 omnet (omnetpp-5.4.1) 时的问题

1. 用于 Windows 的 OMNeT++ 不需要从 MinGW 安装外部 GCC。 ZIP 包中已包含所有必要的工具和库。
2. 确保在调用./configure 和make 期间关闭防病毒软件中的实时保护。
