您缺少 commons-codec.jar。从http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-codec/download_codec.cgi 下载。 然后添加它的项目构建路径。为此，右键单击项目，单击属性，单击“Java 构建路径”，打开“库”选项卡，然后单击“添加外部 JAR...”。
