似乎下面的错误实际上是这个错误的结果(7337 是外部 shuffle 服务的默认端口)。它强化了@dagang 的假设:Spark shuffle 服务可能过载。
"Connection to xxx:7337 has been quiet for 120000 ms while there are outstanding requests. Assuming connection is dead; please adjust spark.network.timeout if this is wrong."
分区的数量已经最小化。给个思路,有 30,000 个分区,集群有 100 个节点。
所以我正在考虑 3 种方法来缓解这个问题
- 在集群中添加更多节点,因此每个 shuffle 服务要做的工作更少
- 停止使用外部 shuffle 服务(此处建议:https://cloud.google.com/architecture/hadoop/migrating-apache-spark-jobs-to-cloud-dataproc)
- 增加
spark.network.timeout的配置
