简而言之，我下载了 Visual Studio 下载器并安装了 C++ 依赖项，首先我安装了 CMake，然后安装了 dlib，因为 dlib 需要 C++ 依赖项，然后我选择了指定版本的 dlib，它工作正常，但如果仍然如此，它又不能工作了

我建议在 conda 中使用 conda 环境，它可以正常工作，但请确保使用基本依赖项（C++ 和 Cmake）
