问题是您的 buildtoolsversion 主版本号 27.x.x 与您的 app: build.gradle 文件中的 compilesdkversion 号 26 不同。

每个 sdk 版本都附带一个专门针对该 sdk 的 buildtools 版本，而且它们通常不会向后移植，因此您的 buildtools 27.x.x 不知道如何使用 sdk 26 进行构建。Android Studio 应该显示 lint 警告突出显示错误。
