找到问题了，是node的版本问题，看警告

npm WARN engine karma@0.12.31: wanted: {"node":"~0.8 || ~0.10"} (current: {"node":"0.12.0","npm":"2.5.0"})

将Node 降级为0.10.30 修复了该问题
