@tensorflow/tfjs-node 在 windows 系统中安装失败

节点 10 已过时。节点 16 是当前节点，节点 14 是 lts。 这不仅仅是装饰性的，它对如何完成与外部库的二进制绑定有重大影响。所以napi v7 版本的二进制文件不再预先打包。
